Product Description
Industrial chemical process pumps are used for a wide rang of various industries all around the world. An industrial pump is typically a durable chemcial process pump used to transfer many different types of products, including water, chemicals, petroleum, wastewater, oil, sludge, slurry or food. The types of pumps typically used for industrial purposes includes centrifugal pumps and positive displacement pumps.
ZA-series chemical process pump is single-stage horizontal radial split volute pump. The pump body is supported by foot; the impeller is single-suction radial impeller. Liquid is sucked axially and discharged radially. According to working condition, front ring, rear ring and balance pipe are used for hydraulic balance. Packing box is equipped with cooler adapter or heater adapter; packing seal, single mechanical seal and double mechanical seal are adopted for shaft seal. Besides, the pump is equipped with cooling, washing and sealing fluid system.
