Design Detail
Bearing Body Bracket: WD pump bearing body bracket is cast iron (HT200, HT250) frame structure with sufficient rigidity and certain shock absorption, its role is to support the pump body and bearing body.
Bearing Body: The bearing body equipped with rolling bearings for supporting the radial and axial forces of the pump shaft. The WD pump is equipped with two single row angular contact ball bearings on the coupling side to withstand axial and radial forces. A single row cylindrical roller bearing is mounted on the pump side to withstand radial forces. A 316L water retaining plate is placed at the front end of the front bearing gland to prevent media or other liquid from entering the front bearing.
