Working Principle
The main working parts of the slurry pump are the impeller and the pump casing, the impeller is located in the pump shaft, and the prime mover connected into a whole.The impeller blades force the fluid to rotate.At the same time, the flow of fluid from the center to the edge of the impeller under the action of inertial force flows out of the impeller at high speed, into the pressure chamber, and then through the diffuser to discharge it, this process is called the pressurized water process.At the fluid flow edge of the impeller, a low pressure area is formed in the center of the impeller. When it has enough vacuum, the fluid enters the impeller through the suction chamber under the suction side pressure (usually atmospheric pressure), which is called the absorption process.As the impeller rotates continuously, the fluid is discharged and continuously inhaled to form continuous work.
