Chemical Pump
Chemical pumps are any pump that is designed for transferringchemical liquids, including organic acid, inorganic acid and alkaline solution. The wet part of the pump including all the component that will contact the medium.Almost all the chemical liquid is corrosive, so the construction material of the pump should be corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. Apart from these general qualifications, a chemical pump may be practically any type of pump, and there are thousands of types of chemical pumps available for use depending upon the application. The most common type is the centrifugal pump.
Specification of Chemical Pump
The first step in selecting a chemical pump is to properly understand the application and chemical media characteristics, then to choose a pump that satisfy all the requirements. To judge a pump if the pump satisfy all the requirements, the following factor is very basic and important.
Flow Rate: This is one of the most important factor to select the pump. It describes how much fluid the pump can transfer in a certain period of time, such as per second, per minute or per hour. And based on flow rate, we can calculate the disharge pipe diameter.
Head:This is another most important factor to select a pump. It describes the distance or hight the pump can reach, the unit always be m or feet. Longer or higher means higher pressure.
Pump Drivers: chemical pump can be driven by electric motor or diesel engine. If driven by electri motor, the voltage, frequency are the necessary information.

3. All kinds of colloidal substances and chemical corrosion products in the medium are attached to the metal overcurrent parts. Due to the difference of the standard electrode potentials, the potential imbalance is formed. The solubility of the dissolved substances changes when the inlet pressure of the pump suddenly decreases. Then there is concentration differential galvanic cell, resulting in electrochemical corrosion. When the quality of the fluid is worse, the phenomenon is more serious.
4. New carbon fiber composite materials contain high-performance coupling agents with few free electrons on the surface, so there is no electrochemical corrosion.
5. New carbon fiber composite materials has extremely high hardness and has higher wear resistance than bidirectional stainless steel due to SiC.
