Structure Feature
It is a single-stage, horizontal cantilever centrifugal pump, the pump body is a foot support.
The pump body is center support. Single suction radial impeller, axial suction, radial discharge
The standard pipe is designed according to API610 Standard, and the rated pressure of the suction pipe flange and the discharge pipe flange are the same

1. ZA-series chemical process pump is single-stage horizontal radial split volute pump.The pump body is supported by foot; the impeller is single-suction radial impeller. Liquid is sucked axially and discharged radially. According to working condition, front ring, rear ring and balance pipeare used for hydraulic balance. Packing box is equipped with cooler adapter or heater adapter; packing seal, single mechanical seal and double mechanical sealare adopted for shaft seal. Besides, the pump is equipped with cooling, washing and sealing fluid system.
2. ZA-series chemical process pump is suitable for conveying clear liquid , liquid containing particles, low-temperature & high-temperature liquid, neutral &corrosive liquid medium.
