Product Description

• XLY-series vertical vortex pumps adopt vortex impeller.

• The impeller rotates in the pump body, and the inner pressure of the medium drives the medium in the pump body to rotate to form the eddy.

• The medium will be driven out from the pump outlet. Relative movement does not occur between the impeller and the impeller blade,so that the service life of the impeller is greatly extended, and it’s three times as long as that of conventional centrifugal pump impeller.

• A gap (30-90mm) between pump body and the front cover can prevent impeller from being stuck because of solids and it can make flow passage components free from frequent scaling.

• In this way, the service life of the impeller is greatly extended and problems like short service life, frequent maintenance and high consumption are well solved.

• The impeller adopts particular large channel structure, so the drain capacity has been improved greatly, it can effectively pass the solid grain whose diameter is about 50% of the pump caliber.
