Construction Details
Centrifugal Pump is the most common pump in the chemical industry. YCZ-series chemical process pump is high-efficiency pumps with simple design and construction. This pump designed follows the international standrad ISO5199 and natioal standrad GB/T5656. The efficiency is higher than other normal centrifugal pump and more reliable. The pump is easy to maintain, it is not necessary to disassemble the suction and outlet pipe during maintenance. The suction and discharge flange are fllow the national standard GB/T9113.1-2000PN2.5MPa.

Features
♦ The pump uses an extended flexible diaphragm coupling, so it is not necessary to disassemble the suction and outlet pipe during maintenance. The coupling cover is equipped to guarantee safety.
♦ The pump body is radial split volute pump and supported by anchor.
♦ There are two ways to balance the axial force of the pump: when the nominal diameter of the impeller is less than or equal to 250mm, the back blade is used to balance the force; when the nominal diameter of the impeller is larger than or equal to 315mm, the sealing ring and the balance hole are used to balance the force. The residual axial force is absorbed by a set of angular contact ball bearings.
