Chemical Pumps

Chemical pumps are designed and manufactured for the application of making, using and disposing  chemical liquid. They are designed and constructed out of materials that can handle with varying levels of viscosity, corrosiveness, and abrasiveness without corrosion and abrasion. Chemical pump must have the following two features:

1. Resist the corrosive effects of multiple chemicals at various temperatures; 
2. Avoid any accidental emissions that could harm operators or the surrounding area.

Pump Material 

Pump materials can be classified into two main categories—metal and nonmetallic. Metal pumps can further be classified as ferrous or nonferrous.  Our company provides the following high-quality anti-wear and corrosion-resistant high-grade alloy materials: 304, 316, 316L, 904L, FCr30, CD4MCu, DTCr30, F33, 2507, A33, Hastelloy, K alloy, 20# alloy, LEWMET85# alloy, etc. We also provide nonmetallic material. Unlike other ononmetaillic material, our self-develpment new carbon fiber composite material has better corrosion resistant and abrasion resistant property than any other material. It is corrosion resistance from almost all chemical, and the material can be used at temperatures of up to 150 degrees.
